J Day Engineering is the leading independent garage in Henstridge Marsh, Templecombe, providing Mitsubishi servicing for drivers from the local area and from further afield across south Somerset and Dorset. You can find us outside Henstridge village, on Bow Bridge, just off Shaftesbury Road where we have a large, modern workshop with plenty of customer parking, including two EV charge points.

We understand how inconvenient it can be when your car is in the garage so we have a fleet of modern courtesy cars with Bluetooth/air-con and Isofix fixings and vans too, available free of charge to all our clients. Please let us know if you’re interested when making your booking. We can also provide a pick-up and drop-off service within about 10 miles of the garage but this is very popular, so again, please check availability when booking.

With a selection of in-house and dealer-level servicing levels, at J Day Engineering we can maintain all Mitsubishi models, using OEM parts and manufacturer’s specified oils/lubricants to comply with your vehicle’s warranty (where applicable). Thanks to regulation that’s been in place since 2003, we can service your Mitsubishi from new without invalidating your manufacturer’s warranty.

J Day Engineering is one of the few independent garages in Henstridge Marsh, Templecombe, to have its own parts department. We hold a huge inventory of filters, suspension and friction (braking) products and we have a full-time parts advisor to ensure that any downtime for your vehicle is limited to the very minimum.

In addition, we have access to manufacturer data and service portals enabling us to update the digital service record for manufacturers that support it. On completion of your vehicle’s service, we will print out the history for your personal records.

Any Mitsubishi warranty that’s left on your vehicle will be preserved when you bring it to J Day Engineering for regular servicing. We follow the Mitsubishi servicing schedule to the letter just as they would at the Mitsubishi dealership, including updating your online service record, and without charging you the earth for it.
