I shall be happy to use J Day Engineering again in the future

Thus far, I am very impressed! The immediate impression on arrival is one of professionalism. To have four(!) reception guys ready to look after you, all of whom were friendly and courteous, was a very good start. We were chauffeured to a nearby town while my car was being looked at and collected within the expected time. As far as I can assess, the work was carried out satisfactorily and I was offered a reduction on the bill as a result of an earlier, unsuccessful visit. I was also promptly attended to by a member of the accident repair team when I enquired about getting some respray work done. Given the general level of 'customer service' these days, I am just hoping that this pleasurable experience was not just a one-off. I shall be happy to use the services of J Day Engineering again in the future.
